The function introduction
This machine is a new type of shaft flap wheel for our company. It adopts PIL automatic control, the features are a compact structure, reasonable design, and high production efficiency. The servo motor and PLC of this machine are all made by Delta, and the pneumatic components are AirTAC. The performance is stable and reliable, and it's easy to maintain.
This machine adopts four heads, positioning, feeding, cutting, and arranging automatically, and high cutting precision. It can produce a shaft flap wheel with an outer diameter of 25-80mm and a height of 10-50mm (the number of blades can be customized, depending on the number of teeth of the steel mold).

Safety Precautions

1. Before starting the machine, which must be installed with a ground wire.
2. Do not touch the cutter with your hand or other objects after turning it on.
3. Repair of the machine must be powered off and maintained by a professional technician.
4. At the power-off state, setting the cutter, manually rotate the cutter to the closed state to observe if there is any obstacle in the operation of the cutter and if there is a collision between two cutters. Manually rotate the cutter without running obstacles and without collision within cutters, if like that machine can be turned on.
5. Do not place anything on the head.
